VGN-NW26M Recovery

Hello,

I bought a Vaio VGN-NW26M 4GB Ram, 320GB HDD, Windows 7Home Premium 64bit from PC-World about two years ago. Unfortunately the HDD has crashed (including it seems the recovery partition). I bought a replacement HDD. I had created a set of recovery discs but whilst recovering it failed about 80% of way. I discovered that the 2nd Disc I created is damaged.

I would appreciate very much if anyone has a set of the recovery discs so I can restore my notebook. I will pay for the discs and postage.

Much obliged and hope to hear some good news soon.

Hi Kwikfleet,

You can purchase a set of recovery disks from Support – you will need to call the OOW number, from the UK the number is 0905 0310006 (£0.35/min).

You could try copying the second disk on another computer as just occasionally this will produce a working disk.
