bluetooth software licence file not found (2)

I recently performed a registry cleaner and now my Bluetooth settings have stopped working. Each time I log on I get the following message ‘bluetooth software licence file not found (2)’. I performed an undo cleaning back to the date when it was working but with no joy. Has anybody else had this problem can you help? My Viao model is VGN-FW31ZJ

Hi bribolge,

Try a Windows restore to a date before this problem occurred.

If that fails to work then reinstall the original Bluetooth driver.
