Hello again,
Can anyone tell me what updates to choose when the VAIO update appears on bottom right of taskbar?? I have no idea which ones i need!!!! Thanks.

Hi carlowlass,
Vaio Update will check your Vaio and only list the recommended updates for your individual model. I would install all recommended updates.
The only one I would think about would be a BIOS Update - I would probably leave that alone unless I had a particular problem. Something about "Sleeping Dogs ....."
You can go direct to Vaio Update: -
Start -> All Programs -> VAIO Update 3 -> Go to Web Support.
