Hey guys,
Some of you may remember that I posted about a week ago looking to make some upgrades to my VAIO FS215S in order to get it running Vista smoothly. I've now managed to do that, and I've put together a webpage detailing everything that I did (I like to do this as it may help others that in the same situation).
If you're interested, it's here:

What I've done is actually quite general, so it's more a sort of blog than a guide! Nonetheless, I hope it is of use.

Hey Sebby,
Well done and thanks for posting the info.
very nice
Thanks for the positive comments.
I'm also going to look at getting a 1-2GB flash drive to see if ReadyBoost can give me even more performance this time. I'm just trying to find something cheap at the moment!
Hi Sebby,
Thanks for the info, did you have any problems with Sony drivers and utilities..?
That's wonderful news
The only issue that's outstanding is the MemoryStick drive, for which Sony do not appear to have released a driver for my notebook. I have contacted them via e-Support to see if it's on its way. I'll report back.
I have moved domain to http://www.sebby.me.uk/ (the old domain will forward for the time being).
So, my original Vista upgrade page can now be found @ http://www.sebby.me.uk/vaio/.
Since writing that page, I've put together a page detailing the problems I've had, and I'm keeping it up-to-date with resolutions as and when they arrive.
