Hi all, I don't know how to use my sony battery,

Can U show me the best way? (tips and tricks, Power Schemes, VAIO power management, ...)

How can I maximize the battery life of my VAIO notebook?

There are several ways to help maximize the battery life of your mobile computer:

1. Decrease the LCD brightness level.
2. Set the VAIO Power Management to VAIO Optimized.
3. Disable the Wireless Lan using the switch (if not needed).
4. Disable any unnecessary application running in the background.
5. Disconnect any unused external devices that could potentially drain the battery power.
6. Disable the screensaver.
7. If the unit is left for a long period connected to the mains, remove the battery.
8. Using optical drive (CD/DVD playing) will consume a lot of power from the battery.
