Hello,
I updated to the latest software this morning, but I don’t have a Bravia remote (broke early on). I usually use my Sky Q remote, or a Remote App.
However since the update the App or Sky Q remote won’t work, so I can’t open the privacy policy to then confirm it. So I’m stuck at this screen that says Updated Privacy Policy - Open Privacy Policy.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What is the full model number of your TV, it starts with KD? Probably the quickest solution is to buy a universal remote from most supermarkets or electrical shops.
Obviously depending on your model number, there maybe an OK button and direction buttons on your TV

@smplkd hi! See message above, if you found a fix and wouldn’t mind sharing that’d be great! Tried getting universal remote but you can’t program it since we are stuck on the privacy screen.
