I know Bravia HDD records can be viewed on the same TV only, but what if I buy another TV and sell the one the recordings have been made by? What if the TV goes wrong and cannot be repaired ? How is it possible to save the records for the another TV for the future ?
Is there any unlocking or decrypting program provided by Sony or anyone to solve this situation ?
Hope some of you has any idea about these questions.
Thank you.

you cannot.
you can only play HDD recorded video on the same tv.
it is not intended for permanent recording or anything, it is an extra to watching tv.
for the same reason you cannot watch and record something else at the same time
you should buy a dedicated recorder for what you want.
