VAIO Smart Network stopped working and was closed?

Hope you can help me,ive just got my Sony NR10E and everytime i log on now i get this message and i dont have my internet displays at the top of my screen. In the message it also says "a problem caused the application to stop working correctly.Windows will notify you if a solution is available".

Is your Vaio up to date? Have you installed VAIO Smart Network 1.2.01.12150 from here: -
