Vaio customer service is appaling

a dead link to register for 'e-support', annoying hold music, nobody answering the phones and a total failure to collect my piece of <profanity removed by moderator> s1xp for the SECOND time to fix its pathetically crap screen.
buy a vaio? I recommend you buy an etch a sketch. at least they work.

I just want to say that aside from DHL finally admitting they lost my laptop on transit to vaio service centre 2 months after the "event". Sony were v quick at sending me out a replacement unit. Hell I sent in my grt 716s and 2 months later i get a vgn a117s
The whole time everyone i talked to at vaio support for 2 months were extremely polite and bent over backwards to help me.

To the clifski guy:

I reckon you're way off the mark slating vaio's. Every vaio i've had has been quality even if one of them over heated. I can't match the onyx/x black screens to any other laptop i've used. My dad's locked into a contract with dell else he'd be championing vaio's too. These machines are styled to WOW. And built to work. I used to only use thinkpads. Glad I jumped ship

To CU or any other Vaio ppl:

So erm... the weather hey? :smileyblush:
I'm looking for a slip case for my a117s and some baaaaad ass stickers can ya help, Can Ya CAN YA
