Just bought Sony T1311 ultrabook but have a problem with vaio care which support don't seem able to solve.
When I open it I get message that the shell has stopped working and Vaio care closes. Support asked me to re download .netframework but it hasn't solved the problem. has anyone any clues as I think others have had similar problems? Thanks.
