vaio camera isnt working!!!!

hi there i have a VGN-FE41Z which works most of the time, the camera on this thing isnt working AGAIN!!! i dont know what to do, if i reset bios i get rid of the screen thing but then the camera doesent work...... how can this be? does anyone know???? some help here is needed im going mad, i thought sony sorted this one with the updates but still having problems!!!!! anyone know anything about this please let me know

We are going to need a bit more info if someone is going to be able to help.

What do you mean "Screen Thing" when you reset the BIOS?
Is your camera installed correctly in Device Manager -> Imaging Devices.
What software are you trying to use it with?
Have you downloaded the latest Camera Capture Utility 2.2.01.04100 ?
Have you downloaded and installed Microsoft Hotfix KB931812 ?
