Battery replacement program

Hi

Is any body else getting a lacklustre service from the battery replacement program? Seems every couple of months they contact me and obviously have no record of our previous correspondence, so I end up answering all the same questions again only to have it go quiet for another couple of months.

Is there anyone I can contact who will actually action sending me a replacement? I have had this thing a year now and will be moving house soon so need to get this sorted out.
