Can anyone please come to my assistance,I have posted this thread before and had guidance from Rich but unfortunately my difficulty has not been resolved. Having done a recovery I can not download Windows updates I get a error message 8100306 and I can not start Windows Messaging I get error message 80072EFE, I have tried disabling Firewall on Windos & Norton.
but this does not help
Plese someone com to my assistanc its driving me crazy not being able to resolve this issue.
I can get onto internet but some addressess will not open others will on partially open. I am also connectes ro AOL.
