Hi fleety31 and welcome.
This is an iTunes error - have you updated recently?
Basically, the Apple installer has a bug and the SQLITE3.DLL gets put in the wrong folder.
Reinstalling Mobile Me and iTunes can fix the problem but there are quicker ways by moving a couple of files from one folder to another.
If you Google for SQLITE3.DLL is missing, you will see various fixes. I cannot recommend one as I have not tried any - the choice is yours.
