hello i have an ar11s, my remote comander is not working, the red light comes on when i push a button on the comander but nothing happens on screen. can anyone help? thanks
the remote commander only works when using the windows media centre software. you can only control volume, muting and possibly a couple of other things whilst not using media centre

yes, i was in media centre watching tv, the comander does nothing.
Mine too... has worked okay for almost a month and then just stopped. changed batteries and rebooted. even took batteries out and discharged remote by pushing button for ten secs and then replaced batteries. disapointed there is not a solution yet...
