Recording TV from a Bravia to a AR31S what cables i need etc

Can someone please tell me what i need to record TV from Sony Bravia to my ar31s, do i need just a hdmi lead which will give me sound and picture, or go down the svideo lead and audio lead route, thanks in advance for any reply,

Why is the Bravia involved in this at all?!?

Just plug the RF (Aerial) lead into your AR31S and set up media center. Adding a Bravia as a source will just complicate things.
