Vaio VGN-C2Z/B and upgrade firmware DVD

Hi
I have download upgrade firmware "Pioneer DVD SuperMulti Drive DVR-K16VAD Firmware Update 1.10_07/09/07".
When i execute the file, go in error with this message: Target is not found.

Why?
