Is it possible to power my Vaio laptop VGN-A115B in the car with an adapter? I want to use it for autoroute across Europe but do not want to be limited by the battery life. The Vaio Club site does not list any accessories for this model

I don’t know of any problems with these in-car adaptors, but I use a 12V DC/AC power inverter that plugs into the cigarette lighter socket. It is more bulky that the straight forward specialised adaptor but more versatile.
