Hi all
Have just bought a Sony Walkman NWD-B103 walkman which comes with the software etc built into its flash memory. All you have to do is insert it in the USB port and it fires up and does everything itself. Allegedly! I did that and although a 'found new hardware' box (which gets me nowhere ...) came up, the actual device is not recognised under the computer (devices with removeable drives). So am stuck because I can't now use it. Have tried downloading the software from Sony but that needs to be activated from the remote device.
Any suggestions?
