How Do I Disassemble My VAIO Laptop?

I had a guide a while back on how I can disassemble my Sony VAIO VGN-FS515H laptop. I need to Disassemble it because I think the fan is stuck. Does anyone else have this guide? Im pretty sure it was a PDF. Thanks.
