FZ21M Keyboard problem

I bought my FZ21M in Switzerland 2 months ago. It has Vista English. Since the begining I had problems with keyboard, especially with key 8, which was solved by using the fn method explained in different forums. Such method was not successful with Key 8. This key was fixed whenever a windows update was downloaded and installed. But this time there is no vista update available and I can't use the key since 1 and half week.

I would like to know, does anyone with FZ21M has same or similar problem and if a solution can be found.

Go to in BIOS, try to type in "security" a password using the key you mentionned.

If you notice key not working in BIOS => Hardware issue and contact tech sup to replace keyboard in warranty.

If key is OK => uninstall keyboard from device manager otherwise full recovery unit as it might be a driver issue.
