Ethernet Drivers for VGN-N21S, how many?

Hello.
I recently bought a Vaio VGN N21S/W but could not keep the Vista as the programs I need to work are not 100% compatible with it yet and Installed XP SP2 but soon found that most of the components need Xp drivers which are nowhere on the Sony Support website.
I manage to sort out most of them but I'm stuck with an Ethernet driver that keep asking me to install despite the Marvell Yukon 88E8036 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller was installed succesfully, I can see from the Device Manager that It show 2 Ethernet devices but one has no DB ( ? ).

Anyone will to help me in tracing up the correct fix or driver? Do I have 2 Ethernet Controller on board?

Don't bother, I sorted out myself, still it would be usueful to place an XP set of drivers on the support downloadds for this machine for the benefit of those that cannot be bother with Vista..yet

I have the same notebook vgn-n21s/w and i found that in certain situation (for example when i plug an usb-mouse or when i start chess-titans, a game already included in vista, or when i put the power-manageent option on performance) it begins a whine.
Do you have the same problem???please can you verify and tell me about that???
You can hear the whine on the right side of the keyboard, just putting an ear upon it.

Ho il seguente problema:
si sente un ronzio in certe situazioni: ad esempio inizia quando attacco il mouse usb oppure quando faccio partire titans-chess, gioco incluso in vista, oppure quando setto l'impostazione del gestore energetico su ottimizza per prestazioni.
Ti prego di farmi sapere se accade anche a te. Il whine si sente avvicinando l'orecchio alla parte destra della tastiera.
