DVR-15 corrupt driver

My DVD player is not functioning correctly - Pioneer DVR-15. I have tried reinstalling the driver - and downloading the up to date drivers from this site - and from the Pioneer site - all to no avail. Please help!! This incredibly frustrating - it has not worked in the week I have had the machine. Thanks.

you've only had the machine for one week? when you say not functioning correctly - what does it do or not do?

Take it back to the retailer if it's a week old

I also hav some troubles with the same Pioneer DVR 15 driver.
I can read DVDs but not CDs.
Do you have same issues?
