Hi ademarboss,

The letter following the forward slash is the colour of the casing, e.g. /W is white. The drivers and utilities are the same for all colour ranges.

Hi Rich , thanks for your link, I saw this before but I don't think is this model because this model is VPCEA1S1E/W  My  is VPCEA1S1E whitout " W " Do you this will work? Thanks again.

Hi I try to install the drives of my model VPCEA1S1E . From the link http://www.sony.co.uk/support/en/product/VPCEA1S1E_W/updates I need make work HDMI  to plug on tv and still no working.

I seach everywhere and I can't find model VPCEA1S1E . If you can help me will be great.

Have you installed the updated graphics driver from the link I provided?

I assume that you haven't changed the OS from when purchased?
