We are having trouble with the power fan in our VAIO destop, it keeps giving us an error at startup. So we opened the case and indeed the fan in the back of the psu is not running. We thought it would be as easy as finding a replacement PSU and swapping the two. Not so it appears.
Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of the Sony spare parts centre? Somewhere who would stock this PSU, I can't seem to find a phone number on here to call to find where they suggest I get a replacement from.
(Its a Delta Electronics DPS 350RB or Sony Part Number 1-468-825-11)
Thanks for any help you can give - we've got a temporary fan rigged up outside the box to keep the power cool but its dreadfully noisy and although its doing the job it really isn't suitable.
