Hello everyone,
I just got a my new notebook ( VGN-FS315M)a month or 2 ago, the jacks on my notebook are damaged . With damaged i mean the green and red jacks are broken.A hour ago I accidentaly tripped over the wires of my headset that was connected to both jacks. At that moment the 2 pieces a red and a green one broke off on my laptop.(At that time i went beserk about what did i do how stupid could i be) I tried to plugged my both wires in to the jacks and guess what. They both still works(hearing and speaking) but the connection is now very loose since the hull of jacks are broken 😞
Does anyone if this can be repaired?
Does is still fall into warranty? (i hope so but i don't depend on it)
How much does it cost me?(I'm still a 'poor' student that worked his ass off for a full year to manage to pay for this notebook)
