Problem whit video connection of the my PCV - RS 702

Hello.
My english is not good, sorry
I have a computer Model PCV - RS 702
I have 1 problem:

When i connect a VCR to the video connection 1 or 2 the images ar showed in grey scale instead of color, although all the channels are in color.
The same VCR and cable have been verified on another computer without finding any sort of problem.
The graphics card drivers are updated to the lastest realese.

Usualy when this happens on a stand-alone TV it's down to incompatability; i.e trying to play an NTSC video on a PAL TV.

Does the colour come through properly on your computer when you connect the ariel directly to the computer? If not, chances are the settings on the computer need changing. I know you can change settings on the V2M (which is what I have) though Vaio Zone, but I'm not familiar with your model, so maybe someone else with this machine can help you out there?

Otherwise, I'm not sure what to suggest...
