I have connected my VGN AR31S VAIO with a Sony Bravia TV KDL 32S2530 using HDMI cable. Audio works well and video can be seen on the TV, HDMI input, and it seems to take a 1080 resolution, but with 2 problems
1. resolution is not perfecttly seen and text is difficult to read, so no perfect resolution.
2. screen does not fit correctly in the TV screen, horizontal and vertical are bigger than I can really see on the tv.
I think is a similar problem than http://club.vaio.sony.es/clubvaio/ES/es/forum/viewthread;jsessionid=EE0CFD8BB62C8C1E871F949682ABB19B...
I have NVIDIA GeForce 7600 and windows vista
I am trying with Sony support but we don't find the solution.

Thank you very much for your help.
I updated drivers and can change the Desktop size for HDTV option. So I adapt the size and can see all desktop. Problem 1: SOLVED!!!
But the problem of text quality remains. Text and icons are not well seen (some vibration). I can't find the Overscan option (my drivers are in spanish).
Thnak you very much for your help.
