BSP5 Problem, didn't charge on VAIO TX1

I have a problem with my laptop TX1XRP\B, When i plug AC adapter, battary didn't charge, however Indicator always shows 0%, when i unplug the AC Laptop is going off. Please help.

Take the battery out and wipe the contacts with a clean, lint free cloth no water.

Has made, has not helped... When I connect AC, the charge indicator blinks on two times for time, instead of one as should. In what there can be a problem?
