Hello,
I'm looking for the latest driver for my graphic card.
ATI Mobility X600
I was on the Page of ATI and I downloaded it, but after starting installation, it tells me that it can't be installed. And at this page http://ati.amd.com/support/drivers/xp/mobility-xp.html the vaio laptops are not on the list.
I hope u guys can help me
I've been experiencing this problem as well. I've looked all over and can't find a solution - the only thing I can think is that I'll have to completely reformat my machine and reinstall windows without all of Sony's proprietary cr*p, and installing ATI's latest control panel and drivers.
If anyone knows of a solution I'd love to hear it!
yeah i cant find the driver anywhere. I saw a post from the VAIO support site that there was a known problem with the screens bringing up stripes then going white slowly, mine is doing this (i have x600) but this VAIO post page has a glitch and I cant see all of the models that this is a known issue with. Anyway the post suggest that you roll back the driver. This means installing the factory driver. theres the factory driver, and two further updates for the driver, one is 6.14.10.6512 i think and the other 6.14.10.6521. I cant find any now and im on 6.14.10.6512 which I assume is the driver you dont want to have :smileysad:. Anybody found the same issue or any other drivers for the ati mobility radeon x600?
the download that you downloaded earlier wasnt the x600 update i think it would have been the cayalyst thingy for checking about the updates for the range and they have excelled themselves in providing this as the sole method of updating drivers and woop it doesnt work!
