Hi,

not sure what you are doing there but i can access it on my laptop, pc and my android phone!, are you trying to get on these pages? if so its www.sony.co.uk then click support tab, then questions and answers.

but then thats too easy, can you be more specific with what the problem is please.

You don't mention what model Bravia you have, however try this..

When on the Browser page click options on your remote & scroll down to URL entry..

Then you can type an alternative URL address..:smileywink:
