Unable to Register my Product: KD-49XE7003

Hi,

Anyone else experiencing registering my new TV. Model KD-49XE7003 as it not listed as an option. Only KD-49XE7002!

Does anyone have an email address for Sony support in the UK

There have been a couple of members experiencing problems

with product registration recently.

This also happened to me today but I discovered (by accident) if you type the product number, the system presents you with a drop-down selection window with the KD-49XE7003 listed.  Copying and pasting does not work even though it thinks it did as it has a tick!!

I have now registered my TV.

I think I might be confused between Product and Model !!

It's the KD-49XE7003 you need to type (not copy and paste)

Once I entered the product number the appropriate model number was listed.

I have now successfully registered my TV
