Trying to link an already registered BDP S370 to Lovefilm?

Hi, i have been given a sony BDP S370 blu ray player from a friend, i am trying to link my account to Lovefilm, but when i go to My essentials account, i cant register the device as it states it is already registered.

How can i re-register it so that i can then use the Love film?

Any ideas

Ideally your friend needs to unregister the device on his account first then you an re-register it to yours.

Failing that - ring the call centre as they will be able to get it done remotely although this would take longer.

i have spoken to my friend who confirms he has now unregistered the device, the device still says device registered and cant get a a registration code for My Essentials

What do i need to do?

Ok, if its still not working, call the call centre and they will be able to assist..
