Congratulation for the new TV
Thank you for clarification, i thought you would like to connect external Sat Box.
The scocket beside RF is F-connector socket to connect your LNB
i found for you the online manual page which show some setting must done before you make scan, here is the link

LNB configration should be done if you are using non- standard LNB (non universal LNB)
If you have DiSEqC switch connected to Dish , it should be configured too in the setting
Hope this help
Hello sam_falcon,
Thank you for your post at Sony Forum.
To connect your sat box to TV using coaxial cable (RF) , just retune the analogue channel of TV until you got the channel of Sat.
You can also edit the channel number output from your sat. box menu, such as UHF 21, 23.....etc
Thanks
thank you for your answer, I buy my BRAVIA few days ago.
there was a socket beside (RF) like satellite socket attached with (LNB) & in setup (digital) there is satellite search & i don't know for what that use.
I try to connect satellite (output) with the socket in front of LCD then I search in LCD menu satellite (full scan) but nothing happened.
thanks for your response.
