Registration code for Love Film 370s

I'm trying to set up my 370s on love film but I cannot access my registration code, on the player it says it's already registered, but i'm not registered on my Essentials.

Also on the Love film page (on the player) it says register your device using this registration code, but there isn't one showing.

Someone please help me.

Try doing a full reset of the device and try it again. If that doesn't work, give the call centre a buzz ad they can assist.
