I have just brought my first Sony TV. I am having problems getting the freeview channels.I have tried both digital and manual tuning but it still does not seem to work . Can anyone advise on what to do?

Have you checked the aerial connection is correctly plugged in as per the manual? Was the connection working ok on your previous TV?

Did you follow the set-up and tuning procedure when you turned your set on for the first time?  With the set turned on, press the Options button on the remote, then scroll down the menu past Speakers to System Information and press Select. You should see be able to see the Signal Quality and Signal Strength.
