windows desktop on a Bravia tv

Hi Guys

Is there any way that you can see windows desktop on a Bravia tv, using the network cable only? It would be nice to see my windows 7 desktop on the Bravia TV. So then I could browse the net (on my Sony bravia KDL-40 ex503) by using a wireless keyboard communicating with my desktop PC in another room.

All help would be appreciated.

I know that philips were developing somethng similar where the desktop could be transmitted to the TV. however there was a lag time of around 10 seconds. I do not know if sony have something similar as well.

I would recommend you connect the pc via HDMI connection but it all depends on the distance you have.

Similarly the wireless keyboard/mouse would be ideal but again there will be a limitation on the distance from the keyboard to the reciever
