Freeview channels lost when tv is switched off

I own the Sony Bravia KDL37W5810 and I have owned it for 8 months.  I am experiencing problems with all the freeview channels being lost when i put the TV on standby or switching the TV off.  The channels are lost after 10 mins being turned off.  Also I no longer get the full TV guide information.  I only recieve the EPG (now & next information).

Is my TV faulty? Should I contact Sony?  Has this happened to any else and if so did you fix it?

I have also upgraded the firmaware to 1.720SA, still problem persists.  I am disappointed with this type of behaviour from my Sony Bravia KDL (W series) TV, as i have to constantly re-scan the digital channels everytime i switch it ON!

Hmm - I'd definitely flag it with the helpdesk as that doesn't sound normal.

I have exactly the same problem. Did you ever find a solution? It's incredibly frustrating.
