Digital signal strength/quality

I know that it is possible to display the strength and quality of a digital signal, because I have done it.  But I can't remember how.  Can anyone help?   I have a KDL-32EX603.

manu-settings-system information- and there You can see strength and quality of a digital signal, SW version ect.

Many thanks Damac, I knew it was there somewhere.    Wouldn't it be nice if we could have a good old fashioned comprehensive user manual?

          The comprehensive manual can be found on the Sony website if you have a PC.

I had problems with it, until I downloaded and unzipped it to my desktop - see attachment in following thread (I-Manual).

There is a lot of information which is missing from paper manual.
