Bravia KDL-26BX320 DTS audio support

I am trying to watch 1080p & 720p BluRay Movie encodes (.mkv) which contain DTS audio.

The movies are located on my external hard drive (WD Elements 1 TB).

When I try to play them it says that the audio format is not supported.

Could someone tell me if my Bravia supports DTS audio or not?

Hi,

your set can handle Dolby Digital sound only, best way for DTS is to connect it up to a blu ray player and stream the Audio from that to a dedicated Amp via digital optical/coaxial cable
