http://mediago.sony.com/enu/introduction/ I suggest you install Media Go on your PC and synchronise your phone to it,as it is the ideal application for transferring media files between phone and PC.Once synchronised, select "Media to Import" from the left hand side of the MG page.
sorry forgot to clarify that its phone to Apple mac.
Thnak you, but mediaGo is a window application so npo use on Apple Mac. I already have Media Sync but it will not transfer music or pictures ( not camara photos) on to computer from the phone.
In that case, transfer your Pictures to the Camera album: Main menu--File Manager--Pictures--Open--Highlight picture--Options--Manage file--Copy or Move--Camera album--Paste. (You can also copy/move the Camera album pics to the Picture folder).
Alternatively, try Bluetoothing them to the Mac.
Sorry i could not come to forum, but the problem is sorted out by your advice.
Thank you for your help.
Now i have figured out that Media Sync should be on to transfer files.
Thanks for you help
