Sony Summer Cashback Summer 2019 - Can not get to claim web page

Hi There,

I click on the claim link (https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/summer) and login with my sony account. The next screen asks me if I want to link my accounts. I press no. The next web page is then the "My products' page with no details at all about claiming the cashback. The website it re-directs to is here: https://www.sony.co.uk/mysony 

Does anyone know the direct link to the website for the cashback claim form?

At the bottom of this page click on ‘Offers and Promotions’ and click through to ‘Claim Cashback’.

Make sure you are signed in to My Sony or this forum before clicking on the link.

The direct link is as you say
https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/summer

Hi All,

I finally fixed this by going directly to this link after login to My Sony:

https://www.sony.co.uk/cashback/summer/product-validation

This website is the form, filled this in on Friday, got the cashback into my account yesterday (5 days).

So cashback works when you have the correct website details 🙂
