Playmemories Online Sign-in keeps failing
Hi there
I am trying to sign in to Playmemories online from within the Playmemories program, using my existing My Sony username and password. I get a message
This email address is already associated with an account on a different Sony group service. Link your account to use it here.
Link This Account
However when I click on the button it says "An error has occured".
Can anyone shed any light on this?
