Sony 360 problem

Hi, I recently had a phone upgrade and it came with Sony WF-1000XM3 wireless headphones, that are compatible with 360. I have been told that I need a gift code to to finalise 360 setup. However, I can't find a gift code on any of the paperwork. Has anyone experienced the same?

My understanding is that 360 Reality Audio works with your smartphone, any headphones, and a subscription to a premium music streaming service.

 

Can you give me more details on what the promotion was been offered?

Hi Sean.

Thanks for the your reply. I have sorted out my problem with Deezer hi-fi. The problem was that when you are setting up 360 from the Sony headphone connect app, it gives you three subscription apps to choose from. However, there is nothing to say that you needed Deezer hi-fi for instance and opting for Deezer family, Deezer locked me out of getting to hi-fi ( a simple upgrade facility would have sorted that)

To answer your query, the Sony headphones connect directs you to a choice of Deezer 3 months free trial and Tidal and Nugs-Net are both offering 30 days free trial.
