Hi there,
After the latest upgrade Imaging Edge Mobile is not working on my IPhone or IPad. When I try to confirm license agreement I get Network Error Occured. I tried uninstall and reinstall apps. I switched from WiFi to 4G but no matter what, I get similar messages.
Based on the latest reviews in the AppStore I can see more people have the same problem.
Does anyone know a workaround?

Hi all,
Looks like the issue was fixed as og this morning.
Now the iPhone connects and I have transfered the holiday pictures. Thank you, Sony.

I have used your link and have sent the description to Sony. I can see more threads about the issue now. Hopefully we see a solution soon, so we can use the app to transfer our holiday pictures.

Sony Customer Support forwarded the issue to the responsible departement. I am still waiting for a solution.
