When does it vibrate? What are you doing when it happens?
Is it when you are taking a picture? One possibility is that the anti-motion blur Steadyshot module has developed a fault. Try going to the Shooting Menu -> SteadyShot and turn it "Off". You may have to select PGM Mode to do this.
If this cures your problem then you will need to contact your Sony Dealer or local Repair Centre to have it fixed.
