XG8096 update

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help. I have recently installed the latest update on my tv. But I can no longer scroll through the menu or even go to the top bar the to get to the settings buttons or anything. I am locked into my app list and cannot move around the tv freely. Any ideas On a Fix?

Have you tried to reset the remote? First remove the batteries, press and hold on the power button for a few secs, then insert the batteries back and try again.

Seems like a glitch, have you tried restarting the TV by holding the power button?

Yes I’ve tried resetting the tv numerous time. Nothing seems to work

 

i am stuck on this favourites bar can’t move anywhere.

Have you tried if it works with a mobile app (TV&Video side view or Android remote)?

You can do IR test to your remote, if it is sending any IR signals, then the IR receiver in the TV is faulty.
