XE9305 disney+ no 5.1

Hello, 

 

Since more than a half year I do not have any 5.1 sound anymore on Disney plus. Probably it's the Disney app. But still no update on it. 

App is reinstalled already a few times and has the latest update. 

All ohter streaming apps give 5.1. So it's not the receiver or TV. 

@Sony can you check this ?

Hey @Bram1986, what is the full TV model name? Also what is the current software version installed on your TV? Also how did you confirm that the 5.1 stopped working? Is there any sound difference between the Disney app and the rest of the apps? Is there any sound system connected, or the TV speakers?
