I have tried the suggestion on other posts to no avail. 

Account synced from phone

Payment option verified

Account app options on for google movies

Why am i getting this message?

Agreed. Kept asking the same questions with no joined up approach and no
resolution. Very dissapointing service for such an expensive item.

It's a little worrying suggesting someone manually update their firmware to a version that is currently known to be causing problems with built-in apps such as Netflix and Prime Video.

Many a user over at AVforums who have manually updated has found those apps un-useable.

Yes it is up to date with the latest firmware i was sent. Please can only 1
person deal with and take responsibility for resolving this issue. Its very
tiring having to repeat myself over and over again to mumerous people who
do not know what the others have done.

Please look at my previous posts to get up to speed with the steps o have
taken so far.

Thanks but info too late for me as ive installed it. No probs so far apart
from the one ive had since the start. Still wont let me rede move.
