Welcome to the Sony Community.
I would suggest removing your account and then re-entering your account and payment details again.
It might also be worth checking that your firmware is up todate.
I've also removed the image as it includes your personal details.

Have you tried the Google play movies app via your android phone to see if the free movie offer was visible through that?
That worked for me when I had the problem.
Try any of the movie apps like showbox, terrarium tv movie app, Netflix, amazon prime through using firestick which helps to use apps on Tv
Do you know if you follow my instructions there is no need of a subscription charges
Can confirm Sony technical support are bad.
I got into an argument with them whether my @Googlemail.com email was a valid Google email domain.
They then proceeded to factory reset my TV for unknown reasons.
